Refund policy


 

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Moringa BURST.

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us if there is a problem with your order, or if you would like to request a return.

To request a return, contact us at rian@moringaburst.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

Returns for unopened products

To be eligible for a standard return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Because Moringa BURST products are consumable wellness products, opened products cannot usually be returned for resale unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise approved by us after review.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We will review your request and help with a suitable solution, which may include product guidance, a replacement, store credit, or a refund where appropriate.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at rian@moringaburst.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return shipping

For standard returns where the product is not faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For standard approved returns, the return shipping cost is normally R95 within South Africa, unless a different courier arrangement is agreed with us.

If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Moringa BURST will assist with the return or replacement process.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges where appropriate. The fastest way to get the product you want is usually to contact us first, return the item if the return is approved, and then place a new order or allow us to assist with a replacement.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
